Who we are

What we collect, and when
- Enquiries and messages (contact form, wedding package builder, event enquiry, custom gift request): your name, phone number, email if you give it, and the details you type, such as event dates, venue, city, services, product, design notes and any text to print.
- Appointment requests (passport photos, studio sessions, consultations): your name, phone, email if given, the service, date and time you choose and any note.
- Orders: your contact details, the products and options you chose, your saved product designs (photo position, size, colour and similar settings), delivery address if you choose home delivery, and the order and payment status.
- Manual payments (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa): the payment reference you enter and, if you upload one, the screenshot or PDF of your payment. A payment is marked paid only after studio staff check it.
- Uploads: photos and artwork you upload for frames, printed products, gift requests and payment proof.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you tick the consent box, and the date you subscribed.
- Online card or wallet payments, when the studio enables them, are entered on the payment provider’s own page; this website never receives or stores card numbers or CVV codes.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, prepare quotes and design proofs, confirm or decline bookings, make and deliver your order, verify payments and keep the records a business needs. Newsletter emails are sent only to people who asked for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your photos and files
Customer uploads are stored privately on the studio’s server. They are not published and have no public address: you see previews through private links that expire, and only signed-in studio staff can open the originals. We use them only to make what you ordered or to answer your request. A gift request upload is never placed on a product without your approval of a design proof. Ask us at any time to delete your uploads.
Private client galleries are shared only with the people you or the studio give access to.
Designs you are still working on in a product preview are saved in your own browser on your device, not on our server, until you add them to your cart.
Who we share it with
- Couriers, when you choose home delivery: your name, phone number and address.
- Our email service, to send confirmations and the studio’s notifications.
- A payment provider, only if the studio enables online payment and you choose it.
- An analytics service, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).
- When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies keep your cart, checkout, order pages and sign-in working. Everything else is optional and is set only after you choose it in the cookie banner or in Cookie settings (link in the footer), where you can change your choice at any time. No analytics service is enabled at the moment. If the studio enables one, it will load only after you accept analytics cookies, and no names, phone numbers, email addresses or photos will be sent to it. The full list is in the cookie policy.
How we protect it
Studio staff sign in with individual accounts; passwords are stored only as salted hashes and repeated failed sign-ins are blocked. Staff see only the areas their role allows, and payment and price changes need a separate finance permission. Forms are protected against automated spam and forged submissions. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, and we will tell you if a problem affects your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry, booking and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. The studio has not set fixed deletion periods yet; until it does, ask us and we will delete what we do not need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to delete your uploads, or to stop newsletter emails at any time. Send your request on WhatsApp or by email from the number or address you used, so we can confirm it is you.
