Personalised products and frames
Because these items are made to order, you can cancel free of charge before you approve the design or before production starts. Once production has started, orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, has a production fault or doesn’t match the design you approved, contact us with photos within the period stated on your order confirmation. We will reprint, replace or refund it.
Event bookings
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for weddings and events, including any deposit, are stated in your quote or booking confirmation. Please read them before confirming.
Appointments
If you can’t make a studio appointment, please let us know on WhatsApp so we can offer the slot to someone else.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. For cash payments the studio will agree the refund method with you.
