About these terms

These terms apply to services and products ordered from Snapshot Photo Studio through this website, WhatsApp or at the studio.

Prices and quotes

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a price shows as “Price on request”, the studio sends you a quote. You confirm the final amount before you pay. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.

Event bookings

Sending an enquiry or a package request does not reserve a date. A date is reserved only when the studio confirms the booking with you in writing (for example on WhatsApp or email), together with any deposit and payment terms stated in your quote.

Personalised products and frames

For personalised items the studio may send a design preview. Production starts only after you approve it. Please check names, dates, spelling and photo placement carefully — the approved design is what we produce.

Previews on this website (including the Frame Lab) are for visualisation. Final materials, finishes and colours are confirmed by the studio; printed colours can differ slightly from screens.

You confirm that you have the right to use any photos or designs you upload.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order is marked as paid only after the payment has been confirmed by the payment provider or verified by the studio.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery charges, delivery areas and expected timelines are confirmed in your quote or order confirmation. Pickup orders can be collected from the studio once marked “Ready for pickup”.

Photography and videography deliverables

What you receive (number of photos, film lengths, album specifications and delivery dates) is set out in your quote or booking confirmation.
